Meet Stuti Doshi, a 21-year-old with Down Syndrome who is proving that inclusion isn't just a policy—it’s a way of life.

A Family of Believers

Stuti’s story begins with her family—her mother Falguni, a former software developer, her father Nitin, an engineer, and her elder sister Pariniti, a tech professional. When Stuti was born, her parents were shocked by the diagnosis. But instead of fear, they chose hope and action.

Falguni paused her career to focus on Stuti’s therapies, education, and emotional growth. Nitin provided constant support while Pariniti became her best friend, cheerleader, and sometimes speech coach.

Learning Beyond Books

Stuti began her schooling in an inclusive environment in Vadodara. Later, the family moved to Bhopal, where she joined Arushi, a school that focuses on practical life skills. Here, Stuti learned everything from reading and money handling to cooking and public interaction.

First Job, Big Dreams

One of her proudest achievements? Becoming a Front Desk Trainee at the Taj Hotel in Bhopal. With a crisp uniform and warm smile, Stuti greeted guests, took bookings, and answered calls. The experience gave her confidence and dignity—and showed the world what she was capable of. Now she is a full time employee at Taj.

The Artist Within

Stuti is a natural performer. Her ability to mimic actors and recite dialogues is incredible. From cooking to dancing, she showcases her talent on her YouTube channel, The Natak Company, and Instagram page *@stuti\_doshi20*. Acting, she says, is her dream—and she’s working hard to make it real.

Steps Towards Independencea

She helps with chores, travels on her own by bus, and manages her own routine. Stuti is not just living—she is thriving, supported by a family that believes in her and a society slowly learning to include everyone.

A Message for the World

“Give people like Stuti a chance,” says her mother. “They will surprise you in the most beautiful ways.”
