Mamta Dhiren Jani is a seasoned international education professional with over 27+ years of experience in student counselling and global academic placements. Over the course of her career, she has guided more than 15,000 students toward higher education opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Singapore, Europe, and beyond. Before founding OnTrack Education, Mamta served as Country Head at Planet Education, where she was instrumental in shaping the organisation’s early growth. Today, as Director of Purple Patch Education LLP and OnTrack Education, she leads a team dedicated to quality counselling, student preparedness, and building meaningful, long-term institutional partnerships. Her practice is rooted in three core values — trust, transparency, and genuine student success — which have earned her and her team the confidence of thousands of families across India and beyond.
