Bipinbhai Naranbhai Patel, a person from the land of Gota area of Ahmedabad, is a person who has played an important role in the development of Gujarat by making balanced contributions in the fields of business, social work and politics. He is the Coordinator of the Cooperative Cell of Gujarat Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party, Vice President of Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited (Gujcomasol), Director of Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) New Delhi and Chairman of the Human Resources Department, Director of Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank, Gujarat State Cooperative Bank and Ahmedabad Agricultural Products Trade Committee. He also holds responsibilities as the Vice President of Rajpath Club and the MD of the Prasang Presidency. Drawing inspiration from the ideals of Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi and Home Minister Amitbhai Shah, he has been continuously active in the political and social fields.
Bipinbhai's early life was spent in a rural environment. At a young age, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and became active as a worker. In 1990, he took charge of the campaigning of 18 villages in the Sarkhej assembly elections. In 1991, he was in-charge of the Sarkhej area in the parliamentary elections of Lal Krishna Advani. In 1994-95, he worked with the Gota area as the center in the Ahmedabad district and taluka panchayat elections. These early experiences gave a strong foundation of public service in his life and developed a firm faith in the ideals of the party.
In the business sector, Bipinbhai has worked hard to strengthen the cooperative movement. As the managing director of the Prasang Presidency, he carries forward business activities in a balanced manner. As the director of the Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank and the Gujarat State Cooperative Bank, he has provided financial assistance to farmers. As the director of the Ahmedabad Agricultural Product Trade Committee, he has contributed to organizing agricultural trade. Under his guidance as the Vice Chairman of GUJCOMASOL, the annual turnover of the organization is more than Rs 2478 crores which increases the average income of farmers. As a Director in the Central Warehousing Corporation, he is constantly active in developing warehousing and agricultural facilities at the national level.
His personality is determined, dedicated and environment friendly. His quick decision-making and social vision make him unique from others. The ideals of development and service of Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi and Home Minister Amitbhai Shah constantly inspire him, due to which he remains constantly active in the political and social field.
Bipinbhai's work in social service has been transparent. He is the founder and managing trustee of Shri S.M.T. K.N. Patel International School. In this institution, he is committed to providing concept-based education, life skills and all-round development to the students. He is also working for education as a trustee at Apollo International School. During the Covid pandemic, he gave relief in student fees, waived off transport fees and provided food items to many families. He has also promoted local handicrafts and Swadeshi in collaboration with Gandhi Shilpa Bazaar.
In the political arena, Bipinbhai guides the implementation of the Gujarat Cooperative Society Act and the Agricultural Produce Trade Act as the coordinator of the cooperative cell. Through his efforts, cooperatives have come closer to the lives of farmers and the common man. Inspired by the ideals of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, he has been active in cooperative and agricultural development works at the national level as well.
Bipinbhai Patel (Gota) is a social worker and leader who has given priority to social service over personal progress. His lifestyle and visionary thinking are an inspiration to today's youth.
