Weight
Electric cars have large battery packs, which significantly increase their weight. The result? More load on the tires. Extra weight causes the tires to compress and bend more, which can increase rolling resistance. Higher rolling resistance means more energy is required to rotate the tires. To deal with this issue, EVs use low rolling resistance and energy-efficient tires to keep energy consumption lower.

Torque
Torque is essential to pull and move any vehicle forward. EVs deliver torque and speed instantly. This is why many electric cars can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in about three seconds. Tires designed for electric vehicles use special rubber compounds and tread patterns to provide better grip and handling. They are also designed with low rolling resistance to improve efficiency. However, the combination of higher weight, instant torque, and the need for better grip causes these tires to wear out faster.
Driving Style
How you drive plays the biggest role in tire life. If you drive at high speeds, apply sudden brakes instead of gradual braking, or drive aggressively, the tires will wear out faster.

If gasoline car tires are used in an EV, it can affect performance and compromise low rolling resistance and energy efficiency. It may also impact handling and prevent the vehicle from fully utilizing its torque.
